The Governor's Mansion

My pictures are a little backwards here, so please bare with me. This was the room used for entertaining guests and having dances/balls. This is the piano that was used to play music for the guests.

The dining room. Look closely at what a typical meal would have been like. Nasty! Calf's head.
This was used as the school room for his children.
This was the governor's bedroom. The colors of the bed curtains and spread have faded over the years from sunlight from a bright shade of red to pink.
The game room. They played games in here, as well as, used this room to strategize for wars.
This is one of the children's rooms.
This marble fireplace was in the foyer.
The foyer was lined with swords and rifles on either side of the doorway.
Look at how ornate they made things. The swords were criss-crossed and the pistols were fanned out. There was so much detail in designing each room.
This was the building where Benjamin Franklin discovered electricity with his famous kite-flying incident.
